About Me

I'm Georgia Needham, an information designer in Calgary. I graduated from Mount Royal University in June 2026 with a Bachelor of Communications in Information Design, and I'm open to on-site, hybrid and remote roles. I look for ways to make the systems around us more accessible and useful, both for the people who use them now and for those who could.

I've built a live event website for a Calgary non-profit, redesigned a science centre's navigation through user testing, and mapped the system behind cycling safety in our city.

Outside of work, you'll find me skiing at Lake Louise, biking around the Glenmore Reservoir or trying to identify a plant or animal I spotted while hiking. I'm a regular cyclist, which is part of why I chose cycling safety for my systems map. When I'm not adventuring outdoors, I'm tending to my collection of houseplants or waiting on the whims of my dogs and cats.
